    *****Each day you will concentrate on one Chakra, starting with your Root Chakra on day 1 and ending with your Crown Chakra on day 7.

You will be receiving:

1 hour of personal one-on-one live couching from Lisa and Pam.

 1.  30-minute initial consultation via video link with Lisa and Pam to evaluate your current Chakra system and to discuss in detail how the 7 days will work along with the contents of your kit.  There will be a 15-minute meditation included during this time.

 2.  30-minute final consultation via video link with Lisa and Pam to discuss your progress from the week. There will be a second 15-minute meditation during this time.
